Routine inspection with the presence of the owner couple. Service includes food storage and food delivery based on order. No food processing or re-packaging onsite. - General sanitation was satisfactory. - All foods from approved sources. - 2 chest freezers and 1 upright freezer < - 20C. Meat and seafood stored inside the freezers. Freezers were in a sanitary condition. - No cooler onsite for business. - All foods were Prepackaged or fruits.Randomly checked the Best Before Date of some items, no expired food observed. - No pest activity observed during inspection.
