Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -cut apple slices, diary creamers, and milk @ 9.5 deg. C stored in top cooler next to drive thru window
Corrective Action(s): -the food items noted above were moved to another working cooler @ 4 deg. C during time of inspection. Ensure all perishables are 4 deg. C or less at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -reusable wet wiping cloths stored on countertop during start of inspection. Sanitizer buckets next to 3-compartment sink @ 10 ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): -refresh chlorine sanitizer bucket more reguarly and ensure concentration is at least 100 ppm. Use chlorine test strips to verify. Ensure reusable wet wiping cloths are stored inside the sanitizer solution in between uses. Chlorine sanitizer buckets were refresh with 100 ppm chlorine during time of inspection.

-staff on site demonstrated correct ware washing procedures
-temperature logs are up to date and present
-Quats sanitizer @ 3-compartment sink is 200 ppm
-No obvious signs of pests noted during inspection
-all coolers are <=4 deg. C except the one noted above
-all freezers are <=-18 deg. C
-meat patties hot held @ 67 deg. C
