Handwashing sinks: soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water available Deli coolers: 4C Standup freezer: -10C No soup at time of inspection House made pasta sauce in freezer: tomato, rose and alfredo sauce; no meat sauce made onsite noted Only meat sauce is made from Mulino Foods - approved source ->Premises still providing non grease laden vapour soups and sauces only (no meat), using single use containers and utensils Meat slicers are cleaned and sanitized after use Bleach sanitizer @100ppm Manual ware-washing procedure reviewed, no concerns No apparent signs of pest noted at time of inspection General sanitation is satisfactory *Door handle and door has broke on the deli cooler. Please repair both the door and handler properly, do not use tape as it is not a permanent solution. Owner recertified Level 1 Foodsafe. Please e-mail me a copy of your certificate.
