NOTE: cooked chicken observed on shelving unit "cooling". Food item was found to be at temperatures greater than or equal to 60 degrees Celsius (64 degrees Celsius observed). Food items placed into walk in cooler unit. DO NOT leave cooked food items out at room temperature for indefinite time periods as FINES will result in future. CORRECTION ORDER STILL IN EFFECT. Ensure proper cooling occurs.
