The following items have been corrected:
--> Sanitizer bucket present in facility
--> Most fan covers have been cleaned
--> No cardboard or aluminum foil noted
--> Frying pans have been removed from facility
--> Handsinks are free of items & accessible

Note:
1) Operator has removed comforter under deep fryer. Do not use any comforter or newspaper or foil around area.
2) Code 401 for handwashing has been noted in 2 consecutive routine inspections, same observation. Failure to comply may result in further enforcement action.
3) Discussed menu with operator. Operator is NOT allowed to prepare foods that generate grease-laden vapor without a commercial ventilation exhaust system. The electric stove/induction cooker is for cooking udon noodles and/or miso soup. Remove any oil bottle and update menu to reflect changes. Menu approved when opened in 2015 is different than current menu. Please be reminded that any new menu items or major changes in menu should be approved by Fraser Health first.
