- Handwashing station fully supplied with hot & cold water liquid soap and paper towel - blocked by take out containers and microwave cover (*violation noted above)

- Handwashing station was fully equipped
*Ensure paper towel roll is within arms reach of sink
- Bubble tea prep cooler: 4 C
- Undercounter cooler: Not in use during inspection (turned off)
- Ice machine in sanitary condition


-Sanitizer solution available with 200 ppm chlorine & unlabelled sanitizer bottle noted over 200 ppm chlorine. (*violation noted above)
-Food appears to be protected from contamination - stored off the ground, covered
-Reviewed cooling practices for soup - no concerns noted
