Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Kitchen hand washing station paper dispenser was jammed at the time of inspection. Ensure all hand washing sinks have liquid soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Tray of cooked potatos being stored in dish pit. The dish pit is contaminated and food products or clean utensils should not be stored here. Move food to a sanitary area or work station.
2. Observed staff eating ingredients while prepping food at time of inspection. Do not eat while providing service to prevent contamination.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure all food products are stored in a safe and sanitary manner. Do not store food items in or near the dish pit.
2. Educate staff to not eat the ingredients or eat in general during food service. Have staff take their breaks and eat in designated break areas.

Premise overall is sanitary.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
Hot and cold water available.
Washrooms are sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks.
Ice machine with dedicated hand scoop.
Take out containers and utensils are sanitary.
3-compartment sink in use. Chlorine sanitizer in use at 200 ppm in spray bottle.
Note: Label needs to be replaced as it is fading.
Dishwasher final rinse at 100 ppm Chlorine at the plate.
Back storage room. Take out containers and onions only. Room is closed.
Permit posted in conspicuous location.
