Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # AMAC-CFEUGG of Jun-15-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: The glass dishwasher behind the bar is not dispensing any sanitizer. Correction: Stop the use of the glass dishwasher and wash the glass dishware in the low temp. dishwasher in the kitchen instead. Once Ecolab is able to fix the dishwasher you may resume use.

Comments

- All food is stored at least 6 inches off the ground and covered. - Overall sanitation and cleanliness has improved drastically. - The fume hood has been cleaned and serviced. - The ice machine has been cleaned and there is no visible mold growth. -The glass dishwasher in the bar area is dispensing 25 ppm Iodine. - All the mouse droppings have been cleaned and the areas have been sanitized. - The screen door still needs to be installed, but the doors were closed at the time of inspection. - The gasket for the walk in cooler has been replaced and the ice has been cleaned, however there is ice still forming. This may be due to a bend in the frame of the door. The operator has agreed to keep cleaning the ice being formed frequently to avoid build up until a permanent solution has been reached. - All outstanding violations have been addressed.
