Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooler under grill running too warm at 6c. Cooler was repaired same day as technicuian still on site . Food only restocked for about 45 minutes. All product relocated to main walk in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Do not restock until it is repaired. Ensure it is capable of cold holding between 2 to 3 c as this is a high use cooler.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Initially dishwasher dispensing 0ppm chlorine as sanitizer tube was not fully inserted into sanitizer container. Once reinserted and dishwasher primed, sanitizer concentration was approx 80ppm. Records show sanitizer concentration was at approx. 100ppm this morning
