Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chemical dishwasher in kitchen did not have any chlorine residual on rinse cycle. Had to run the cycle 4 times before chlorine residual (50 ppm) was achieved.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to prime sanitizer line and test to ensure sanitizer is being dispensed before running dishes through them. Operator has daily testing logs for both glasswasher and dishwasher.
