Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Rice serving utensil stored in a container with water.
2. Bags of food left on the floor in the storage room
Corrective Action(s): 1. This issue was discussed during the last two inspections.
DO NOT leave the used serving utensils in the stagnant water. Use 50/50 ice and water mixutre and replensih with fresh ice/water mixture as the ice melts. Future violation in this regard may result in the issuance of a violation ticket/fine.
2. Store all items on shelving/crates. Correct by June 22, 2016
