Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): *REPEAT* (Since Mach 2023) Chlorine spray bottle nearest 2 compartment sink measured > 200ppm; test strip bleached out.
**Corrected during inspection** Chlorine made again; measured 100ppm. 500mL spray bottle used; add 1/8 tsp to spray bottle for 100-200ppm solution.

Recommended to write mixture ratio so all staff can prepare sanitizer.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Inspector observed staff to be washing gloves in hanewashing station.
**Corrected during inspection** Inspector educated staff on proper handwashing method.
Discard glove, wash hands, replace glove. Facility being busy is not an excuse for not washing hands properly.

Operator to re-educate staff on proper handwashing frequency and practices.

Rice scoop and container replaced and cleaned every hour. Recommended to have timer to remind staff to replace and clean

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

No pest activity observed at time of inspection
