Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating below 4'C; freezers operating at/below -18'C. - Temperature monitoring system in place. - Hot holding units operating above 60'C. - Scoops (i.e. ice machine/hot holding) stored in proper manner. - High temperature dishwasher achieved 75.7'C at the plate level after final rinse. - 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles and at automated dispenser. - General food storage practice satisfactory throughout. - No evidence of pest activity observed at the time of inspection.
