All outstanding items from the routine inspection dated Feb. 14, 2022 have been corrected. All kitchen staff have valid Food Safe 1 certification. Glass ware washer leak was getting repaired at time of inspection. Sanitizer bucket for quats now available. Iodine test strip has been ordered. Obtain test strips for quats and hydrogen peroxide.
