- Hand sink was supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 100 ppm - 200 ppm in bucket. Good. *Ensure wiping cloths are stored in this sanitizer solution in between uses, and change the solution every 2-4 hours.
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 71.4C at dish surface during rinse cycle
- All coolers were maintaining temperatures of 4C or colder
- All freezers were maintaining temperatures of -18C or colder
- Soup hot held at above 60C
- All equipment maintained in sanitary conditions
- Food storage practices satisfactory
