Comments

-The front under counter cooler had an ambient temperature of 7 C, but is mostly used for coffee, tea and sauces. Ensure that it is monitored so that it can maintain a temperature of 1-4 C.

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C, with the exception of the above-noted cooler.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The dishwasher reached 74 C at the plate level.
Sanitizer solution had 100 ppm chlorine.
No evidence of pests. A professional pest control company is on site regularly, reports available for review.
The owner is FoodSafe level 1 certified.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
