- Hand sinks at the front and at three compartment are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel. - Food contact surface sanitizer and dispenser at compartment sink is measured at 200ppm quats solution - Walk in cooler and sandwich prep cooler is measured at less than 4C - Walk in freezer: -20 C - Hot held meatballs and soup : >60C - General sanitation is satisfactory - No signs of pests activity are noted during inspection - Foodsafe certified staff is available on site - Food storage practices are satisfactory - General sanitation is satisfactory NOTE: Undercounter storage cooler is not working at the time of inspection.
