-Follow-up inspection to July 25, 2016.
-Prep cooler desfrost cycles have been adjusted. Left unit was defrosting at the time of inspection and the right side was at 2C.
-Bar handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Ensure staff are instructed on the properly cleaning and sanitizing of the deli slicer (disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use).
-Scoops were properly stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
-Chemicals in the bar area were properly labelled at the time of inspection.
-Pest control operator to be contacted regarding old droppings in the upstairs storage area.
