Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer containers refreshed at time of inspection, both to 100 ppm chlorine. Ensure santizer solution is prepared upon premise opening and replaced throughout the day to maintain 100 ppm chlorine residual. Violation Score: 5

Handwashing facilities maintained. Premise sanitation is satisfactory. Professional pest control service in place. No signs of pest activity observed. High temperature sanitizing dishwasher 73 C achieved. Food utensils stored in sanitary condition. 2 hour timer systems in place for room temperature storage of small and large size bubble tea pearls. Upright cooler 2 C, Upright freezer -19 C Left undercounter cooler 1 C, Right undercounter cooler 2 C Display cooler 4 C, Chest freezer -13 C Kitchen prep cooler - off, not in use.
