Observation: No sanitizer detected in the dishwasher. The domestic fridge is too warm. Screen door does not fit tightly and screen ripped. Some ceiling lighting fixtures lack cover, and some are not working
Corrective Action(s): Service both units. In the meantime sanitize dishes manually by immersing in a bleach solution after washing in the dishwasher. Perishable foods that were in the fridge have been discarded. Replace screen door. Provide covers and repair ceiling light fixtures.
