Site visited for Foodsafe certification. Foodsafe Level 1 certified (2019) staff on site. Correction Order issued on Feb 26, 2020 now rescinded. Spoke with the operator on phone. Operator had advised the current Foodsafe certified staff was from the other location and would stay until next week. One of his staff from this site is registered for the course this Saturday, Mar 7, 2020. Ensure to provide a certification letter to the health inspector once the staff becomes certified as agreed at this time. Please contact the health inspector for any questions concerns.
