COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing decals in place. Sanitizer available for staff use. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. Daily health check conducted. High-touch surfaces disinfected every 30 minutes. NOTE: Update COVID-19 Safety Plan to indicate maximum occupancy of staff in facility. Post physical distancing sign within facility. Ensure hand sanitizer available for customer use. Post signage at staff back door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs sanitizing container measured at 200ppm. Chlorine sanitizer available on-site. 3-compartment sink sanitizing at 200 ppm chlorine solution.
Walk-in cooler measured at 4C. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Display cooler nearest the cash register measured at 4C.
Ice cream machine not in use.
No signs of pests observed.
Overall, facility is well organized.
