Observation: 1) Paper towel dispenser in the back is not working and a roll is placed on top of the ice machine. 2) Light in six door reach in cooler is broken.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Please install a paper towel dispenser beside the soap dispenser in the dishpit for easy use. 2) Replace lighting in the six door cooler so there is adequate lighting. Complete by follow up inspection.
