Comments

Notwithstanding the current promotion (Monopoly) and added pressures on food container storage, there are areas of premises that are not well organized. Food boxes and bags, chemical supplies and other items are not stored well and are contributing to sanitation issues. Suggest staff put more effort and time into keeping stations or areas of the store better organized. Discussed cleaning frequency with manager and recommend the "back" of the store be cleaned more like the "front" of the store. Some pictures taken.
