Observation: * Aprons were found being stored over mop sink area and this is unsanitary practise. Some drawers and cupboards had clutter and equipment stored together and this is unsanitary practise.
Corrective Action(s): * Provide apron hooks to store aprons properly away from mop sink area. Also, de-clutter all cupboards, drawers and shelving to maintain sanitary condition. Food equipment to be stored away from personal items and non food stuff

Observation: * Some build up of grime/debris found in walk-in cooler areas in corners and vents covers in ceiling fans, etc., that requires immediate attention and more regular maintenance
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all areas properly cleaned and maintained in sanitary condition-- check ceiling vents and compressor fan covers too and clean to remove build up of grime/debris
