- Handsink is maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- >100ppm chlorine sanitizer present; ensure that cloths are stored in the buckets and not left out on the counter
- High temp dishwasher achieved sanitizing temperature of 76C at final rinse cycle
- Temperatures of refrigeration units were adequate
- No signs of pest infestation at the time of inspection
