However, due to COVID-19, premises has not made any pizzas in the past 3 months. However, as your permit is still active, you must maintain all equipment in premises in working condition.

All coolers at 4 deg C or less
Freezers at -18 Deg C or less
3 compartment sink (in Baskin Robbins area) with bleach powder sanitizer available, measured to be at 100 ppm chlorine residual
No signs of pests at time of inspection
