Observation: No new signs of dropping noted at time of inspection. Pest control in place.
Corrective Action(s): Continue to monitor the pests issue (i.e. checking for signs and traps) until such time that there are no longer any activities noted by pest control technicians. Pest control monitoring and trapping must be continuous to ensure pest-proof/pest-free facility.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Electrical room has been cleared of clutter and items and dry storage area has been cleaned and all items stored off the floor. Kitchen area has been powered wash but underneath cooking equipment still has greaes and food debris build up.
Corrective Action(s): Thorough cleaning required underneath kitchen equipment to remove the layer of grease and food debris build up. Power wash the kitchen floor two more times to ensure hard to reach places are also cleaned.

Comments

Continue cleaning the kitchen area. Areas noted that require de-cluttering and cleaning/sanitizing have been addressed.
Post cleaning schedule on the board and staff to sign off on the items done for daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
Ensure kitchen and bar area is maintained in sanitary condition.
