Observation: 1. One tray of cut vegetables stored in the walk-in cooler was covered with a garbage bag.
2. Raw meats were stored beside onions inside the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove the garbage bag and cover the food with food-grade material such as saran wrap. Garbage bags are not food safe and must not be used to cover or store food.
2. Move the raw meats away from any vegetables, fruits and ready to eat food. Raw meat must be stored separately and on the lowest shelf. Correct by: immediately.
