-Follow-up inspection to August 27, 2019. -Facility has contacted a professional pest control operator and facility has been treated. Invoice from the pest control operator indicates traps were set up in the facility (red fly traps under the 3-compartment sink). -Fly issue in the facility has improved since yesterday. -Pest control operator is scheduled to return September 3, 2019 for a follow-up inspection. -Facility has also been advised to clean and sanitize the walls on a regular basis and maintain the facility is a clean and sanitary condition. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
