Bottle is labeled.
High temperature dish washer: 77C on final rinse.
Handwashing stations equipped with soap, paper towel and hot/ cold running water
Three compartment sink with plugs on site - reviewed method with operator, satisfactory.
General sanitation satisfactory.
No pest activity at time of inspection.
Facility still uses Orkin PC.
One Fridge/ Freezer unit: at 0C and -20C
FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate equivalent for two main chefs, expire in Feb 2025 and Dec of 2024.
