- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 79C during final rinse at the dish surface
- Coolers- walk-in cooler and prep cooler are less than 4C.
- Freezers - upright and undercounter - are functional
- Three compartment sink is available
- NO evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
- Quats sanitizer solution at three compartment sink, dishpan for wiping cloths and spray bottle is 200ppm
