Follow-up inspection:
- High temperature dishwasher registered 72C at plate level after 2 runs. Educate staff that dishwasher should be pre-run without any dishes if left idle for more than half hour.
- No cold potentially hazardous food stored at room temperature.
- Raw meat stored away from vegetables inside the walk-in cooler.
- Operator in the process of replacing the potato presser and sanitizing the ice machine. This is an outstanding violation.
