Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noticed trays of raw chicken and beef store above cooked ( deep fried items) as well as celery ( produce)
Corrective Action(s): To prevent cross contamination, ensure raw polutry and meats are stored underneath cooked food products and vegetables. ( Immediately)

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Heavy build-up of grease noticed under the deep fryers. Also noticed slime and water pooling on the floor underneath the dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean the floor and deep fryer external surfaces thoroughly to remove all grease build-up.
2. Repair the floor underneath the dishwasher.Clean floors throughly underneath the dishwasher and double sink ( August 16, 2022)
2. Install any missing tiles underneath the deep fryers to prevent accumulation of grease and to allow easy clean-up. ( August 25, 2022)

Observation: Cook on duty did not have FOODSAFE level 1 training or its equivalent.

The premises has gone through a change in person in-charge. The existing corporation and the business has been sold to the new owner.

You must complete the "Application for Health Approval" and submit to our office along with the following documents. ( By August 17, 2022)
1. Copies of FOODSAFE certificate for operator and at least one more food handler (e.g. cook)
2. Food Safety Plan
3. Sanitation Plan

* Ensure hand sink located next to the cookline is accessible at all times. Do not store trays or buckets of food items near this sink.
* Clean the fan cover and upper sections of the walls in Walk-in cooler to remove dust build up. ( By August 17, 2022)
