Corrective Action(s): Use SMALL PORTIONS only that will meet 2 hours at room temperature -discard any leftovers exceeding this time limit.

Discarded the bean sprouts.

NOTE: The display fridge at 4 deg C. However it is in an area where it may receive direct sunlight. If this is the case you will need to move the fridge or have the windows/doors tinted as direct sunlight will effect fridge temperatures.
