Observations During Inspection: - Facility in satisfactory sanitary condition - No evidence of pests - Pest control program in place - Handsinks adequately supplied with hot/cold water, soap, and paper towel - Coolers achieving temperatures of 4 C or below - QUAT Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm - Three compartment sink method in use and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm QUAT - Three functional sink plugs available for use observed - No Sushi rice available to test during inspection; pH tested and recorded daily - Hair restraints in use - Pest proof containers for all dry storage items - Hand washing observed during inspection - All containers stored inverted and in good sanitary condition - Knifes observed stored in sanitary condition - Temperature logs are being maintained - Coolers equip with accurate thermometers - Bento's potentially hazardous food stored in separate area in walk-in cooler in back warehouse area Covid-19 Observations During Inspection: - Staff observed wearing a mask - Daily health check has been completed - Covid-19 Safety Plan and measures part of Real Canadian Superstore NOTE: Some cleaning needed under cooler in corner by piping, and on the floor under the chemical storage area.
