- The facility is equipped with hot & cold running water
- Handsinks are stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
*One of the handsinks in the front area drained very slowly. The operator noted that the owner is aware and it will be repaired within the next week.
- 100ppm chlorine sanitizer available
- >50ppm chlorine detected in low temp dishwasher
- Temperatures of refrigeration units are adequate (<4C coolers, <-18C freezers)
- Temperature log is in place. Operator uses a infrared thermometer.
