Breakfast eat-in still not open. Breakfast is packaged and provided to the clients - yogurt, waffles and fruit; beverage is self-serve. Upright cooler was at 4 deg C (ambient temp) Upright freezer was at -18 deg C (ambient temp) Dishwasher not currently used - ensure to have this equipment serviced prior to re-opening the breakfast sit in area. General sanitation was satisfactory at time of visit.
