Observation: Rodent droppings were observed from the following areas:
- Floors/bottom shelves of the front area

As per the manager, facility had a pest control inspection conducted and potential entry points were filled/sealed- areas noted at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all droppings removed from the areas shown at this time, sanitize all affected areas and continue to monitor.

Observation: Floors/bottom shelves of the front prep area require better cleaning. Sanitation level of other areas is satisfactory.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C. Freezer operating at -18'C.
- Hot-holding units operating above 60'C.
- Temperature monitoring system in place.
- 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles and at dishwashing sink.
- Automated dispenser at correct concentration.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility is very good throughout. No concerns observed.
