Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Handwashing station at back of premises not available for handwashing. Baking trays/pans stored on sink.
- Handsink in front service area partially blocked by containers of syrups.
Corrective Action(s): - Items were cleared from around both sinks noted above. Ensure all handsinks are fully accessible at all times for handwashing.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Rat droppings noted on the floor in the south west corner of the storage unit. Unit is used for storage of dry goods - food products and paper products.
Corrective Action(s): - Clear the entire floor area, clean up droppings and keep floor area clear to facilitate cleaning and monitoring. [1 week]

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Door to storage unit behind store kept fully open. This is unacceptable.
Corrective Action(s): - Keep door closed. Only open door when accessing stock and close immediately afterwards.

- Quats sanitizer present from dispenser at 3 compartment sink. Concentration was 200ppm. Staff on duty knowledgeable about proper manual warewashing procedures.
- Quats sanitizer solution present in 'kleen pails'. Concentration of solution in pails was 200ppm
- Coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder)
