Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing station in back area was found to be blocked by garbage bin. This is the second time this violation has been noted.
Corrective Action(s): Do not block any handwashing stations at any times.

209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Foods in walkin cooler were observed to be stored where there is risk for cross-contamination. For example, raw fish was found to be stored above pre-cut onions. A steel bowl of chutney was found to be directly stored over paneer. This can lead to the contamination of foods.
Corrective Action(s): All foods should be stored so that all raw meats/fish are stored below vegetables. Do not store any food equipment directly on food. Operator corrected all food item storage during time of inspection.

Observation: Back dry storage area found to be dark. All storage areas must have sufficient lighting for cleaning purposes and to eliminate risk of contamination to food.
Corrective Action(s): Install a new or repair lighting fixture. Ensure the dry storage area is lit up properly.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bottles were found to have no labels.
Corrective Action(s): Employee onsite labelled all sanitizer spray bottles appropriately during time of inspection.

Routine inspection.
All handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers are at 4c or below.
Note: Chicken was found thawing at room temperature for less than 2 hours. Ensure to follow proper cooling procedures.
60c to 20c within 2 hours and 20c to 4c within 4 hours.
Freezers at -18c or below.
Bleach water sanitizer found at 100ppm concentration.
3 compartment sink is available for manual warewashing.
All foods located off the floor in walkin cooler.
All dry storage located off the floor.
REMINDER: All large pots and pans must be off the floor at all times.
Overall sanitation has improved from last inspection.
Pest control inspection is done on routine basis.
No issues noted during time of inspection.
Operator onsite has valid foodsafe certification.
REMINDER: Ensure one person with foodsafe is onsite at all times.
All employees observed to be wearing aprons.
REMINDER: Ensure all employees wash hands between all preparation periods.
