- Routine inspection conducted.
- All hand washing sinks were properly supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels.
- QUAT sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm from dispenser and in sanitizer pails. Solution in pails changed every 2 hours. Test strips available for monitoring.
- Triple-sink for manual warewashing maintained in sanitary conditions. Sink drain stoppers available.
- Coolers measured 4C or less
- Freezers measured -18C or less
- Hot-held food items measured 60C or hotter. Time-tracking also in place.
- Reviewed heating/reheating, hot-holding, cooling, and donair procedures at time of inspection. OK.
- Good food storage practices noted. All food stored properly covered/protected from contamination, with good separation between raw and ready-to-eat food items.
- Equipment and utensils maintained in sanitary conditions.
- General sanitation good.
- Dry storage areas satisfactory. All items stored off the floor.
- Regular pest control servicing in place. No signs of pest activity noted.
