Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dried on food soil observed on a tong stored in the clean utensil bin.
**Issue corrected at the time of inspection** Tong was removed from the utensil bin to be re-washed.
Corrective Action(s): All utensils, equipment and food contact items that are washed must be visually inspected to ensure they are properly cleaned prior to storing away. Do not store away any items that are still soiled to avoid contaminating any items that have actually been thoroughly cleaned.

Observation: 1. Missing light shields on the light fixtures/ bulbs in the dry food and take-out containers storage area upstairs.
2. More than 400 PPM QUAT residual detected in the sani-stuff sanitizer spray bottles noted throughout the premises.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Place light sheilds on the light fixtures noted in the storage area upstairs to protect the dry food and take-out containers stored in this area. In the case of accidental bulb breakage/ burst, the light shield will contain any glass fragments to avoid a potential physical hazard to the items stored below.

2. Dilute the Sani-stuff sanitizer as per the manufacturer's instruction on the label prior to dispensing into spray bottles. As per the label, when diluted properly, 200 PPM QUAT should be detected on QUAT test strip. When staff was asked about test strips, staff was unaware if there are any on the premises. Obtain QUAT test strips for staff to test the concentration of QUAT before using. When a concentration higher than what is specified on the label is used, this could become a chemical hazard that may be transferred to food.

Corrective Action(s): Repair the floor noted nearby the dishwashing area.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including the washrooms, were equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All refrigeration units were at ≤ 4C.
All freezer units were at ≤ -18C.
Excellent storage hierarchy observed in the refrigeration units.
Proper scoops with handles, with handles stored away from food, were noted in the bulk food storage bins.
Hot hold units were at > 60C.
High temperature dish machine was able to reached 71.6C at the plate level during the inspection.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
FOODSAFE level 1 of staff on-site verified in the absent of the owner.

No signature required due to COVID-19.
