Observation: 1. Ice machine observed to have mold/mildew growth
2. Meat slicer observed to have food grime accumulation under blade guards and handle guards.
Correction: Please clean and sanitize both equipment. To be corrected by: Today
Comments

- Ice machine has been cleaned and sanitized
- Meat slicer has been deep cleaned. ***There are still a few spots where grime can still be observed. Please ensure slicer is taken apart every night and thoroughly deep cleaned.
- Fan grills in the walk in appear dust free
- Food observed to be properly covered and stored.
- Fan grill by the handwashing station at the dish pit appears to have been cleaned. But only surface level cleaning done. Grill must be unscrewed and cleaned on the inside to ensure fan is dust free.
- Handwash station at the bar observed to be fully equipped
- Front of house now have QUAT sanitizer in spray bottle available.
- Please keep up with cleaning and sanitation.
