Overall, premises is maintained in a sanitary manner

-Handwash stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold water
-All coolers (walk-in, prep, below counter, and display) are at or below 4C
-Walk-in freezer is at -18C
-No hot holding during inspection
-Dry storage is good. Pest proof containers are used and scoop storage is good
-Ice machine is clean and scoop storage is good
-High temperature dishwasher achieves 75.5C (min 71C) at plate level.
-2 compartment sink available with drain plugs
-Sanitizer solution in bucket with cloth measured at 100-200ppm Chlorine
-No signs of pest activity
