- Rice stored inside the cooker at 68C.
- Facility provided with cold/hot running water.
- 200 ppm bleach sanitizer available in pail with wiping clothes stored inside at the kitchen area.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 77C at the plate level.
- Food products stored off the ground and organized.
