304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Mouse noted in sticky trap on floor by hot water tank. Trap/mouse was removed by Operator at the time of the inspection. Operator reported that they have a pest control contract with service once every 3 months. He reported he will contact them for more frequent service. Corrective Action(s): Continue to monitor for further activity. Seal any holes/crevices which could allow entry. Contact Pest Control if further activity noted. Violation Score: 9

General sanitation is satisfactory. Hot and cold running water was available. Liquid soap and paper towel were present at the handwashing sink and in the staff washroom. Line cooler was at 4C. Walk-in cooler was at 3C. Upright freezer was at -9C Screen present at back door. *Small gap noted at the time of inspection. Ensure screen door is fully closed
