Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-B6WVWV:

- The high temperature dishwasher achieved 75C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Food items were mostly covered with plastic wraps or tight fitting lids inside the walk in cooler and upright cooler in the main kitchen.
- General sanitation has improved. The areas noted in the previous inspection report have been cleaned. Continue to implement a regular cleaning schedule including hard to reach areas (ie behind the grills, underneath the two compartment sink).
- All refrigeration units have working thermometers inside.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. A professional pest control company MUST inspection on a monthly basis and provide a summary report. Ensure to follow ALL the recommendations by the pest control company to either prevent or eliminate the pests. A pest control summary report must be available to the health inspector for review during the next routine inspection.
