- No foods noted out at room temperature. Manager advised that all foods such as tempura and sushi will be made per order. Tempura batter stored in prep cooler across cookline.
- Ice machine appeared clean.
- Sanitizer available in front sushi bar area and back food preparation area. Manager to remind staff to ensure it is made fresh every day and changed as needed throughout the day.
- Hand wash stations were unobstructed and fully accessible. Manager to keep an eye on staff for ongoing reminders.
- Good general sanitation. Continue to maintain a high level of sanitation.
- Missing light covers replaced.
- Rice cooker returned to kitchen area.
