Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 3-4 buspan full of deep fried pork/chicken cooked this morning were stacked on top of each other next to the drain board while waiting to cool. Temperature of the food was already cool enough to put away in the fridge..
Corrective Action(s): Items were away into the fridge during the inspection. Do not stack buspan of foods on top of each other as this impedes cooling which is unsafe. Put food away in the fridge as soon as possible.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Deep fried pork/chicken, baskets of cooked rice were stored at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Items were put away into the fridge during the inspection. Ensure that food items are store in the fridge and taken out only when there is an order.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Temperature of food items in the steam table closest to the cash register was not hot enough. Egg rolls and deep fried chicken/pork were 90-120F or 32-49C. Must be 140F/60C or above to be safe.
Corrective Action(s): Food items were reheated in the fryer. Check temperatures with a thermometer at least daily.

Observation: Kitchen is cluttered. Floor, walls, equipment surfaces in the kitchen are dirty.
Corrective Action(s): Purchase a flash light. Clean all surfaces. Repair the tilting shelves. Store items on the shelves not on top of a worn wooden board on top of garbage can.

Temperature of the refrigeration units are satisfactory. Thermometers are available.
Bleach is available. Proper dilution is 1 tbsp bleach per gallon water.
